The hotel is located in a prime location, perfect for shopping and close to iconic sites. Rooms are beautifully designed and spacious, providing a luxurious stay. The staff are attentive and provide excellent service, catering to every small detail to ensure guests feel comfortable and relaxed. The spa offers a tranquil and relaxing experience, with skilled masseuses providing excellent treatments.
There were some instances where the cleanliness of the rooms was not up to standard, with leftover items and hair found in the towels.

The attention to detail at Bulgari Hotel was perfect. Our suite was spacious and spotlessly clean. The location was ideal, with all the iconic attractions within walking distance. The concierge team, especially Joseph, were very good too make our stay nice. We reminded me of VIPs. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and lovely experience.

I had the most luxurious stay at this hotel. The beautifully designed rooms and very good service made me feel like royalty. The staff were great too cater to my every need and made sure my stay was lovely. The location was perfect for luxury shopping and within walking distance of iconic attractions. The spa was relaxing, and the massage therapists were excellent.

Butler service and suite size were amazing. The concierge and luggage handling staff, Joseph, were top-notch. Hotel theme and design were impressive.

The hotel we stayed at exceeded our expectations and provided an unparalleled luxurious experience. From the professional and responsive staff to the picturesque location, we were blown away. the room had exclusive amenities and was well-decorated that made us feel special. the Spa & wellness centre and massage services fulfilled our relaxation needs to the tee.
Although we had a great time here, we experienced a minor issue with the in-room breakfast service. the meal we received was not what we had ordered and was cold when it arrived.
